There is no best. Best is a personal preference. Since you can change all those settings yourself, "best" thing to do would be to play around with it n keep changing things until you find something that works "best" for you.

........ DES? So you have a pre 2015 R?

How long you been riding?

What sort of experience level?

What kind of road riding?

Starbucks or twisties?

Shall I call an ambulance now, or.........?

Easy mistake to make

Anyway, read the manual, there is a good description of each setting. Be honest to yourself about your skill level and go from there.

Asking a bunch of people on here about settings then finding yourself in deep sh*t because you set the bike up for someone else and not for you isn't the best of situations to end up in.

Be safe

Stick her in sport and do a few tank full to get used to it then look at what needs change going. A basic book on suspension tuning isn't expected size and you'll learn heaps. NEVER use someone else's settings imo, everyone is different and you dont learn anything that way.
Casual road should be OK in sport but for weight maybe need to adjust comp and rebound a bit. Not sure about the S but my R came sprung for about 100kilos.i weigh 70 so lol.

Hi
I guess that you dont understand because of my bad english

I know how to ride

I just ask what numbers do you guys use in front and rear suspension, abs, etc.

I came from a zx10r and it is totally different.

Your English is fine. My esteemed colleagues are telling you that you shoudl not use another rider's settings. Start with the base settings in the Ducati manual and select + or - from there.

I find for me the best configuration is as follows:?
At least some of your ass in the seat
One hand on the right handlebar
One hand on the left handlebar
One foot on the right peg
One foot on the left peg
At least one wheel on the ground.

That seems just about right everywhere I go.

Lmao, hows the saying go? the problem is the wingnut that attaches the handlebars to the seat.
