Bike not starting!!!

After a dead battery and replaced with a new one, my bike now only clicks. I can hear the fuel pumping working but bike only clicks. Is there any fuses that i should be checking out. Thank you for your help.

Battery connections. Tighten. Wiggle. Tighten again.

the dash and lights come on. but if i hold the start button for a while the engine! light comes on in a red box on the left side of the screen

Failing that.
Charge the battery properly.

starter motor. Hold the starter and see if you get an error on the dash. I have a thread about my experience.

If under warranty, just call up your dealer, or the Ducati road service number.

Early model starters would just eat themselves. You will get a better one replaced under warranty. Happened to my bike at 2 weeks back in 2012.
