This is something that has had to have been asked before but, I have been searching the internet for the answer and can't seem to find what I am looking for.

I am looking to upgrade my front brake rotors to Braking's latest rotor. However, the newest rotor released this year is only available for the 1299 per Braking's website. I believe mounting points between the 959 and 1299 are the same, just the rotor is 10mm bigger in diameter which can be accommodated no problem.

Can anyone confirm this and more importantly that TC and ABS will not act up?

Thanks

TC and ABS will not be affected, you will have to put spacers between your calipers to offset the extra 10MM..You can’t just put them on your stock setup without using the spacers for the offset..

Thanks scotman for the insight. I have done a oversized conversion (from Braking actually!!) for one of my 600s before but TC or ABS was not a factor. Braking actually sells the kit with spacers, I might be able to pick those up at the same time as the rotors from them.

If anyone is interested in what I am getting its called the EPTA rotor. looks like they use smilier technology as Brembo T-Drives and is lighter than their previous WK model. Looks like it will work for our small Panigales even though its only listed for the 1299. As long as you use the spacers like scotsman said!
