Has anyone been able to mount the Brembo RCS levers on a Ducati superbike (1299s) without having to replace the stock controls with clusters?

cheers.

Not much room better to get the left and right switch setup BSD, Apex, DB etc. You will also wont be able to run the RCS resorvoir bracket kit.

appreciate the reply. So I’m understanding your reply, the levers will work upon replacing the stock controls with the clusters, but the plastic oil reservoirs won’t fit? Had a dealer in CA do it to my 1098 and left everything stock. Was able to fit the reservoirs as well, but I seem to be running into more of a roadblock with my 1299.

Yeah you will have more room if you get aftermarket switches and controls. The oem resorvoir cups will work but the RCS brackets won't on the Panigale. I have built many 1098's and yes no problem with converting to RCS.
