Carbon exhaust heat shields

Hey has anybody seen the new Carbon exhaust heat shields in the DP catalogue for the Termi Mufflers.
They look nice

It's on the DUCATI website in accessories.

It's a carbon replacement for the little Anodised Aluminium one at the bottom. Just in front of the silencer.

I recently ordered a 899 Panigale and decided to go for glossy carbon parts.

Does anybody know where I can buy these heat guards for theTermignoni Slip-Ons in "glossy finish"?

Do you put it on top of the existing panel or do you remove the first one and replace it with this one?

My dealer said to take the old one off and put the carbon one in place. I do not want to cover anything with CF, replacing aluminum and plastic parts with CF is OK for me.
