If you are going to charge £300 for a part you should know this basic information.

I've generally have had good luck with Carbon World parts fitment. But I've also had junk that I've sent back. I consider their parts on the light weight side of carbon parts. Where they have trouble is when the carbon pieces need to be bonded together. They get pretty sloppy with the epoxy. So I would typically need to massage the parts to fit. All the body work is very good and very light weight. But yeah, the tank is a CDT/Fullsix part...it has their sticker on it. Which by the way I took issue with the surface quality and CW refused to take it back and considered it normal.

BTW everything I purchased from Carbon Fiber Fever I sold...was not happy with the product at all. Fitment was horrible and the parts were very heavy in comparison to CW parts.

Carbonvani is not getting great reviews here, but I still got to ask though; does anyone have experience with their tanks? I think this one looks awesome, however now I am a little reserved, with regards to the feedback

I cant really say, never bought a tank off him. Personally, if you are in the market for one, I would stick to CDT Fullsix and buy from a reputable dealer such as OPP Racing in the US or Conquest Racing in the UK. Job done.

I believe only a few peeps have used the Carbonvani tanks but pretty much everyone goes with the Full Six. They are little more money but worth it half the weight of a aluminum tank, bolt right up and don't leak.

Why a carbon tank, alloy deforms in a crash but still holds fuel, carbon shatters. Cant see much weight advantage plus ethanol blends tend to soften epoxy.

Ahh good point. Then my explosafe foam won't have much effect yeah (if the tank is carbon).
Still awesome paintjob. Maybe I'll get a painter to paint it something similar to this then (withouth the carbon) x)

That's why they are coated inside and have a thick Kevlar inner wall they are not coming apart.
