I have question. Made decision to buy Carbonvini carbon fiber fuel tank for my 1199s.do you guys think it’s good idea to use epoxy on inside to prevent damage do the ethanol?
Thanks brotherThe Full Six tanks are coated as well few of us on here been running them exclusively for years zero problems.
I’m going with Fullsix!!!!!!!!!!You know it man yeah just take a small flash light look inside the cap side and pump side the coating typically is all over everything even the plumbing.
I got DP quick release cap what you think?going to work?Good choice you won't have any problems with that setup. Most the aftermarket or oem type gas caps don't vent well with the carbon tanks recommend getting a Lightec they work.

My choice Lightech.I never heard ofSSR where thy from Pakistan?Won't work most them caps like the DP use the seal parts from the oem cap and way Full Six does the ventilation stuff it doesn't work. So far the only one I have seen that vents correctly is the Lightec or the cheap SSR cap.
I’m in Connecticut we only have with ethanolI've been running the Carbonvani on my Monster with no issues. Just make sure you're only using ethanol free fuel.
Go to www.pure-gas.org. They have a list of all the places you can get ethanol free gas. Most of the places in CT look to be just selling race fuel, but some might have it at the pump.I’m in Connecticut we only have with ethanol
Fueling at home is supreme but you’ll want premium gas cans like SaftyCan and you might want an electric pumpkeeping cans from that pump in the garage
