Checca testing with a different Termi system?

As much as I can tell it looks like Checca is testing the 1199 with a different Termi, much smaller loop under the seat and then the tubing goes straight down. Swingarm looks longer as well.

"Racing improves the breed" as they say. Hoping these testing helps Termi come out with a better exhaust system for our 1199s...
 
That looks fantastic in race trim, and seems so small compared to his 1098R race bike.

If another manufacturer had done this we would all be raving about it.

Oh the pipes look the same to me?

We dont know what spec that bike is in, if its a full on factory racebike or a production based test bike. If it was a full on racebike I would have thought it would have the Ohlins gas charged forks.
 
They were testing different forks and suspension settings, to see how the bike reacts to each setup. Here is a pic presumably of the same bike with the gas charged forks:
