Spent the day (06 Oct '14) on the track at Chuckwalla. Weighed the "R with a full tank of fuel before the track day and it came in at 410lbs in street trim before prepping it for the track. I was very pleased with the way everything turned out. It was my first track day on a bike and I really enjoyed it!

Nice! I was there as well. Fantastic day weather was cooler than expected for the time of the year in high desert and best of all it wasn't crowded. Great pics man!

Nice, congrats on your loss

Of track virginity ;)

Thanks! Was a great time, definitely plan to do it again!

Thanks! It doesn't get much better then that, the day was almost perfect as far as weather/temperature!

Congratulations on your first track day. A couple more and you'll start reducing your street riding a lot. Lol

Thanks! The canyons and mountain passes out here are so spectacular that there is no way I could reduce my street driving. I will be doing a lot more track days that is for sure.

We're under the black tent near start/finish. Bunch 0'ducatis including an sbk looking one. Stop by and say hello.

wow thats cheap for a track day!! how many sessions and class time did you get?

The sessions ran all day long, about 3 before lunch and 3-4 after for each group. Everyone was broken up into 3 groups. No class time or instructions other then the first safety brief.
