Clutch lever stopped working (not a bleed issue)

I was at the track today and one session I had some issues downshifting. Then a few laps later I had trouble upshifting as well. About the last lap I finally couldn't upshift or downshift and was stuck in 3rd. Thankfully I was able to get back to the pits, but something is very wrong. The lever won't budge at all. When you touch it you can see some of the fluid in the reservoir jump around, but it clearly isn't going back.

Subsequently I can't shift. One theory is that my MC return valve has .... the bed. I tried bleeding and when the MC valve is open the lever compresses just fine.

I was thinking the clutch plates might be toast?

Open to all suggestions and help!

Thanks!
