Colors? 2016 1299S

Anyone have knowledge regarding the color options for the 2016 1299? I was dreaming of YELLOW as an addition to the RED on the 2016 Ducati 1299S. Thank you.
 
Yep.

I just asked the same thing. I'm going to pick up another 1299S for the street and was hoping there would be a matte black option. I HATE red. But no luck.

So instead, when it comes in they are going to send the OEM bodywork and tank to the guy that does all my race bodywork (Andrew Swenson) and I'm going to make my own matte black version.
 
when I put a deposit down on my 1299, I looked at the order form and the salesman had filled out "1299S, red". He's sold me many bikes over the years, and I was like "huh, you know me so well that you knew I'd want red?" and he said "nope - it's red, or red. no other choices".

so for some of us I guess, it works out :)

Only problem now is that my matte grey Multi GT doesn't fit in. I'm thinking of redoing it in red as well, but the crux will be getting the frame done in red.
 
They need to do a yellow tricolore theme. Yellow white n gray.

I wish they would of came out with a gloss black. But ohh well. The red has grown on me.
 
This is a bike that does red very well imo, it looks dumb on jap bikes

Always amazes me how many compliments this bike pulls wherever you take it, from all ages and types of people

I don't like red vehicles all that much either. However, I would have a Ferrari in red for sure, the only car that can really pull it off.

What you have is the motorcycle equivalent of a Ferrari ;)
 
i dont want a tri either as i will now have an all carbon tri on Saturday. but i do love yellow only in my case i want a solid yellow with a ducati corse sticker to break it up.
 
I wanted Gloss black, I currently have my bike up for sale for various reasons.

Instead of dumping tons of R&D and capital into new models they should focus on refinement of the current flagship product.
