Finally got around to taking the class and getting my conceal/carry permit, not that I plan to use it regularly, just nice to have the option.

As much as I like Sig 220s and larger guns, the conceal carry gun will be a "mouse gun" that fits in my front pocket like the S&W Bodyguard.

What do you guys carry?

Nice, Im picking up a Sig p250 in the next week. Buds has them on sale for $350 shipped new for the 9 with 15+1 in Compact size. I really want a 40SW but for the price, 9mm isnt bad. Does any one carry when they ride?

I owned a P250 but never liked how it shot, look at the reviews - Bud's is probably trying to unload them. P238 is a much better conceal/carry gun

It depends on what day it is, what activity I am doing and what I am wearing. I am a 1911 aficionado and I am currently carry a Guncrafters No Name Commander right now.

I like .45 the best followed by 9mm.

For people that dont know. NC class is 8 hours plus a small skills test for a concealed weapons permit. We have one of the most detailed courses of states that allow carry. However ironically its now 10 hours for the Wildlife Safety course so an individual can get a hunting license.

I carry a glock 27 on my hip or ankle depending on what I'm doing. I have carried on the back of my hip under my jacket while riding. Occasionally I carry my duty weapon, a Sig P226, but that gets heavy after a while.

I waited forever for the Pico - then when I got it, I loved the size for concealment. But it literally hurts my hand to shoot it - The Kimber is much more comfortable.

Unfortunately here in Australia its illegal for lawful citizens to carry pistols. Only the criminals get to carry them. :(

Glock 26, sig p938, h&k vp9, glock 23,
I own other guns but those are the ones I CC most often .

Walter PPS .40 is what I carry now. I want the Chiappa Rhino .40 too because of its super low recoil.

Bodyguard .380 - fits easily in your pocket, something I can actually carry every day if needed

Sure, Sig 220, 226, Glock 30 - I own all those in .45, but realistically, you're not going to walk into a church or place of business in the middle of summer with one of those on your side without causing a riot.

The Bodyguard is something you can literally carry in your front pocket, and .380 (9 mm short), while hardly a longer range shooter, will put someone down just fine "up close and dirty". It's very well designed for its intended use. Go down to the gun store and check it out.

My fiancé had one then a sig p238. She then went to carrying a Kahr 9mm. I'm not a fan but whatever. I taught her how to shoot and she is a better shot than I am now. I carry my .45's everyday, nobody sees them and no riots occur.

Check out milt sparks. You may have to wait awhile but his holsters will make your weapons disappear. They are well worth the money.

Seems like most people like that little Kahr - what don't you like about it? The Sig 238 is a great gun, almost got that one but it's a bit bigger
