I've reached out to Ivan, but has anyone received any guidance from Cordona about where to mount the sensor box on a 2021+ Panigale or one which had the recall air duct installed?

Put it anywhere away from direct heat. Take a piece of fire sleeve, slide the sensor in it, zip tie both ends and your done

Zero experience with your bike but the theory is always the same: Beat it to size - Paint it to color : )

Jk. I am moving a bunch of stuff on my bike to make room for the add on’s cuz electronics don’t like 2 things: heat or noise. Make it work man. Good luck

I ordered some heat insulation similar to the stuff Ducati puts on the outside of the OEM QS. I'm going to wrap the sensor on the cable and the one on the rod with it.

Ivan suggested mounting it inside of the air duct but I'd wonder about warranty issues if the gear position sensor ever .... the bed. Ducati created the air duct to cool it off and if I partially block it with an aftermarket QS sensor I could see that being an issue. But, I think if I mount it on top of the air duct with the supplied 3M velcro it will be removed and insulated enough from the hot stuff all should be good.

I did the same thing earlier today. I couldn't use the Cordona supplied 3M velcro as it wouldn't stick to the duct. I had some 3M heavy duty double sided tape which worked fine. Don't know if the heat insulation will even matter but I figured it couldn't hurt.
