I bought my '12 Tri at the end of last year so with Chicago weather being what it is i've only recently had time to ride it and work on it.
I dallied with the idea of a 1299S and had a lovely test ride but not lovely enough to make the economics of trading it in worth it for me at this point in time.
So given that I will now keep my Tri for a while I added the Blip Box for clutchless downshifts and a few other bits and bobs.
I made a rookie error with the tail piece so will have to take it to bits again and resolve that tonight.
Before anyone asks in astonishment, grippy pegs are on back order.
The Ducabike cover really seems to polarize people on here - personally I like it but not as much as I liked my 996S dry clutch with red pressure plate and JHP half open billet cover.
The air tubes and ignition cover look fantastic but I am amazed at how fragile looking the fairing tabs are that the tubes fit into - I'm glad I took the original tubes off before I took the fairings off for the Blip Box install.
The end can heat shields also make a huge visual difference and really seem to frame the rest of the Termi end can.

On back order . . .
DP Lower radiator grill
DP oil filler plug
DP billet fuel cap
DP cf front sprocket cover
DP clutch & brake reservoir kit
14t front sprocket
Oberon clutch slave cylinder

Whats the rookie error on the tail piece? I dont want to repeat history...

Lots of tabs on the undertray piece to line up in locator slots.
First time I missed one of the forward ones on the right hand side and had to take the tail unit to pieces again.
Thought i'd cracked it last night until I took the photo from the back and saw the two rear centre ones were sitting on rather than in the locator slots.
At the level that I had dismantled the tail unit I couldn't see those two so it was trial and error.
