Is anyone else having problems with the Prosa website being constantly unavailable? I downloaded once at work, but all other times it's been down. The total lack of training or support is unexpected too. Ducati Customer Support replied to ask my dealer,,,right, I don't think they know either.

It's been pretty spotty on availability, it's a 3rd party company and not directly hosted by Ducati. If you need the software download I can PM you a link to it if you'd like. Once you're in the software, there's a user's manual available from the "?" help link at the top right-hand corner. It's not perfect or entirely complete, but it helps get you pointed in the right direction at least. There was no dealer training on how to use the device/software, only those of us who have been using it ourselves on the track seem to know what's going on with it, and it's just from messing around with it and figuring things out. If you have questions about it, post up and I'll answer what I can.

I agree with you, Prosa doesn't seem very professional, the website is down right confusing and unhelpfull. Ducati should get them to up their game, considering they had us all wait for how many months to even get the DDA!!

Was lucky i managed to find the link to the software and that I didn't have any problems installing. However once I started trying to learn about it, it sends you in loops with no end in sight and no answers.

On the bright side I was very impressed with the accuracy of the GPS. Where I ride I've had problems previously with GPS signal (mountains!) but it showed up really well.

Do you have any idea on how to combine several files together?? What I mean is we do a run of about 350 km but we stop for petrol etc. So after getting home it shows up as 5 files. Is there any way to combine these into a single file??? I'd love to be able to combine these runs without the breaks and then use the compare function to establish some baseline times and lines. Great if you can help, but don't worry, no problem if you can't I can always analyse by section.

Not sure if it's possible to combine files. You can compare laps from two different files though.

Ok no problem, thanks for thinking about it anyway. I'll keep playing around with it untill it makes sense ;)
