Guys on the tricolore... You DDA light is lit up in the settings? Mine is greyed out. Did the dealers not give me the DDA kit? I would have expected the DDA light to be on. I also don't have a 'red' USB plug in the rear seat.

Do others have a red plug in their rear seat compartment? Would be great if you can take a pic.

Nick.

If my memory serves me correctly you must activate your DDA+ by plugging inthe "red plug" (a USB Memory stick) into your PC and registering/downloading the management software to your PC.

You then take the "red plug" and plug it in under your seat. If you enter your bike's set up thereafter you should be able to switch the DDA+ on or off. When switched on it should be lit in your display.

The GPS sits in your Tricolore's nose and is visible through the botom of the windscreen (little squarish box).

I am unfortunately in the SandPit right now or I would have sent you pics.

Dda

My DDA plug came in a separate container. It was only necessary to register when it came to downloading the DDA memory on the PC.
I have a problem getting the instrument panel to recognize the DDA i.e., can't just plug it into the receptacle, turn on the ignition and select DDA(there is information on this if you try a search).
Workaround for me is to 1) turn on the ignition, 2) insert the red plug, 3) select menu, 4) select and turn on DDA. Subsequently when I turn the ignition off, most of the time it is necessary to go through this same procedure again.
TSB 881, for some, fixes a number of issues but for me this DDA problem isn't one of them.
