delete emissions

Spring is here and I've been slackin on mods!. My local dealer was no help for deleting the emissions BS so Here I am. What all needs done to get rid of the emissions crap. Whats parts do I need to order and what needs to be sent to a shop? I'm located in Columbus Ohio if theres anyone around here that could take care of it.

I want to De-cat it
get a tuner(wouldn't mind adding cruise)
get rid of the black box which I assume is a charcoal canister
upgraded air filter and dyno tune. can anyone fill me in on how to go about all of this?

For de-cating and gutting the muffler, contact Phil, one of the mods on here. There is a good how to on removing the charcoal canister by Antihero in the mech and tech or guides section, can't remember which one.
