Am I the only one that has chrome colored wheel weights on a black rim. Two people have already pointed it out. Not a big deal but kind of dumb. What do you guys have?

I would have never noticed either, but leave it to "friends" to find the only thing less then perfect and point them out. lol

I kinda like the contrast, at first I was like " what the heck!" but I grew to like them chrome!

I just used a black permenant sharpie and colored mine. Blends in better.

I think all Ducati's come with chrome wheel weights, my 1198 had them and my buddy's Hypermotard had them, looked funny and out of place with black wheels to me.

because of eu regulations and toxicity of lead, they mandate wheel weights to be zinc, they probably plate it because of corrosion issues.
