Hello all... New to the forum... I am considering buying a Diavel soon. I was wondering if anyone can tell me if there are any appreciable differences between each Diavel through out the years since 2011? I know that the headlight has changed for 2015, and I read that there were some engine mods and exhaust mods in 2015. Does anyone have any good information on what kind of difference these modifications make? Any reason why I'd want to spend on a 2015 if I can find a nice, low milage older bike?

Hi, welcome, first of all the headlight change isn't also a cosmetic change, the headlight in the 2015 has more visibility at night than the previous models, 2015 has a lower rev "tune up" that makes it easier to handle and also upgraded air coolers that make the diavel 2015 run a little bit colder ( specially in traffic) has also an upgraded seat much more comfortable and with easier positioning ....
 
Thanks PT... just the kind of info I was looking for. Were there any other changes between 2011 and 2013?
 
Zen I think that there were minor changes but can't really point them out ....
The most significant leap was made from 2014 to 2015 model :)
I forgot ... 2015 models now come with the fuel meter ... Older models only come with reserv light.

P.s was stopped by a motorcycle cop ... Not to give me a ticket or check my papers ... Only to look at the bike .... Lololo
