Hey guys is it me or did anyone else notice that at the 1199r launch cota Nicky haydens bike had the aero kit on the right side only ? And yes ff another R thread !!

it is only required on the right side to reduce the wind force on to the brake lever at top speed. ;)

Finally, this is the first time I have seen the detailed reason! Now I know why my right hand keeps flying off the handle bar when I hit 133 mph.

use duct tape, mine stay on the the handle bar all the way to 185 mph:p
 
What you don't know is the vortex effect created by only attaching it to one side forces the air moving across the bike to specifically remove the excess heat produced by the heat issue when it gets heated.

Lol I actually have bad eyes but the drooling and obssessing gives one extraordinary sight when it comes to the R

Maybe he always rides like that, but since we never get to see the front of his bike we never noticed?
