Dear long-time forum members

I am looking for somebody that could help me to buy a DMC master kit DMC1007-28R. It contains the safe-T-cable tools for .022, .032 and .040 wire crimping. I'd like to use this kind of technology for safety-wiring on my Panigales.

It is virtually impossible to find an importer for Switzerland that doesn't add some crazy taxes and margins to it.

Maybe you are working in the Aero/Space industry and have a good relation to your purchase department? :)

Please PM me if you have any idea how to buy this or a similar item for a reasonable price. Shipment would be to Zurich, Switzerland.

Thank you!

We use these at the power plant I work at. I'll get ahold of our warehouse next week and see if they can order one cheaper for me or if I can get the contact info of the rep that sells them.

Hi AaronJ
Thank you very much, I highly appreciate your help! Thanks to the awesome help of Phl I can get now a master kit for a really good price. Can't wait to have the tools in my hands :)
If you'd allow me I'd like to contact you later on when I know which cables/ferrules I'd need. I never worked with this system.
What's your experience? Usefull or more a PITA? :)

It's really cool to still find such selfless support on this forum. Great!!!!

Awesome glad you found one. I haven't used the kit personally. Our mechanics use them on fasteners for the steam turbines and other critical equipment. If you'd like I can talk to them or an engineer to see what they would recommend for a motorcycle size application, as the units they use are for fasteners from 2" all the way up to 14'' bolts, big stuff lol. Glad to be of any help I can!
