Does Headlight nose fairing 1299 fit 959?

Hi there,

I'm newbe on this forum. I drive Ducati 959 Panigale 2017 and I cracked Headlight nose fairing (the photo of the part I'm talking about Screenshot ). I found for sale Headlight nose fairing from 1299. As I can see these parts have a different original numbers. So, my question is, can I buy Headlight nose fairing from 1299 and install it on my 959?

Thank you! What about color code? Do I need to repaint or red color is the same for 959 and 1299?
