Does this mean that the bike has tracked or really hard?

As you can see the headers are black in the start, does this mean it was run really hot? Sorry for newbie question!

Just means its the full system and not just the muffler.

Yea but I was afraid because of the color of the titanium, which could mean it was run extremely hot, as I have titanium headers in my current bike and they didn't reach that discoloration because they don't run hot enough to turn black.

Not all titanium is the same. There are various alloys added in and each manufacturer is different. So they will look different.

Like the guy below says , that looks normal for the akropovic exhaust

A bike on the road will run hotter than one on the track.

The color of the exhaust is a poor indicator of the bike being tracked or not.
