I have been doing some throttle conversions using the Domino V4 RBW for the 99 series bikes. The conversion involves modifying the harness. During this process, I also replace the shrink wrap shielding with Racespec fiberglass and seal the wires that terminate from the controller with Resintech. In disassembling the controller cover I noticed that the zip tie that they use as a wire retention method cut into a couple of the wires insulation on several units The wire they use has a flexible silicone based insulation that while very flexible, offers almost zero abrasion resistance. Anyhow I fixed the insulation with Resintech and reinforced the controller cap with additional Resintech in lieu of the zip tie. May not be an issue but if your noodling around doing maintenance, it might be good to pull the little cover and take a look.

Is there any other modifications to the loom/ECU to get it working, I have an 1199R

Ok seen your other posts. Are you able to describe the dongle you made, is that an Arduino? And what is actually does to make the pot values compatible
