This DQS issue is starting to get dangerous. I had some errors with my DQS and finally it crapped out a couple weeks ago. Voltage shows in spec, no error codes, but wouldn't work at all. Finally got a new DQS put in last weekend and went for a quick short ride. It works. Great. This morning I was going to go for a ride. As soon as I got out onto the street, at decel it would start chugging. The higher rpm I was at, the more violent the chugging. It felt like the DQS was thinking I was going to shift when I wasn't (toe was on the peg, nowhere close to the shift rod), and was cutting throttle in and out repeatedly. Then it showed DQS error. Stopped on the side and shut it off for 5 min and error went away. Started riding again and it chugged again on decel. Got so violent to a point where it almost threw me off the bike because I wasn't expecting it, and the bike shut off (I was going about 40km/h in second gear). Turned DQS off and rode perfectly fine, and took it to the dealer again. My tech sent the logs to ducati to see what they say. Luckily I wasn't going fast in a corner or worst yet, doing so in front of a truck. This is frustrating when you can't trust your bike fully, especially a bike this powerful and capable. Hope this gets resolved soon as I know many people are having DQS issues.
