So the triclore fell over in the drive way a few weeks back while it was idling. I've gotten the bent gear and clutch levers and broken handlebar replaced now, but I noticed tonight that there's clearly no full clutch disengagement on full lever pull back. I bled the slave and master for about 45 minutes and I'm not seeing any bubbles at all, but it's still not letting go of the clutch. Could I have damaged the clutch when it fell over?

Thank for any insight,
Andrew

I looked at it pretty closely and it seems to smoothly go all the way in. The lever hits the handlebar at it's furthest point in and it seems like normal travel to me (I have about 12k miles on it). This is with the lever adjusted out to it's furthest position away from the bar too.

Mine still had an issue when I bled mine..had the same issue you were having so I just started fresh drained it put new in and worked perfect after that. May just have sir stuck in the line try fully flushing it

One of many tricks is to tap the line with an object while bleeding, it causes the smallest bubbles to rise.

Start your bleeding process at the M/C if air was introduced there it won't move any fluid.

Well after bleeding for another hour, I just gave up and was going to attempt to take the slave off the bike and wiggle it around a bit. While taking the slave cover off, I noticed the bolts are super hard to remove. And then one of them snapped. Fortunately it was already pretty far out, so I was able to get the whole broken bolt out. Are they supposed to be that hard to remove? Now I'm worried about removing the other two.

Drained it and refilled from the slave up by injecting fluid and bled it again. Still the same. It's a little better, but it still takes a ton of effort to move the wheel when it's in gear and clutch pulled in.
