Wrists are still hurting when I flex them fully, can't quite do a push-up yet.. collarbone might need surgery to tighten the ligament at the sternum. But no day to day pain.. thanks for asking!

Yes, you might need to get longer bolts and possibly spacers/washers to get it right. I put on a t-Rex slider over my buddies cover with only longer mounting bolts, I'll get a picture of it when he gets In from his session in 20 min.
