I was just wondering if Ducati motorcycles are cheaper to buy in Italy vs USA. I know in Asia, it is about anywhere from 40-80% more than USA.

I'm not worried about exporting it and etc. Just pure price differences if you go to the dealer in Italy.

USA has the cheapest Ducatis in the world, relatively speaking (accounting for currency conversion, taxes, etc.)

Enjoy it fellas.

Ohlins cost a lot less in US and affordable, more in Euro and in UK just stupid money!

But most of this is exchange rate and what costs a euro in E.U. costs a Dollar in the US so the relative value is the same, only can we win when we ship over, then I did get stung for VAT and custom taxes, trick is to put a lower value but bear in mind they do know the value of thing and you may need t produce an invoice and even then they do not have to accept it and make what the want.
But it also just goes to show that they charge what the market will stand, after shipping to the states the Termignoni cost the same or less than in Italy!
