2021 Ducati Streetfighter V2 has been confirmed by Ducati
After the release of the Ducati Panigale V2 and the Ducati Streetfighter V4, we can expect a 2021 Ducati Streetfighter V2 to arrive next.
Claudio Domenicali, CEO of Ducati, confirmed the new Ducati Streetfighter V2, when talking with MCN:
"We now have the Panigale V2 that makes 155bhp and puts you in the range where you can experience exciting sport riding without being extreme and we would like to have naked bikes in different categories, too. The Streetfighter V4 will remain at the top and then have other motorcycles where you get the same sports feeling with less extreme performance. We are thinking of a very interesting new naked model that will come sooner rather than later."
The standard Streetfighter V2 will have a 955cc liquid-cooled V-twin engine making 155 hp, fully adjustable Showa forks, Sachs shock, and twin monoblock Brembo brakes with cornering ABS. And for the higher spec Streetfighter V2 S, you can probably expect an optional quick-shifter, traction control, electronic engine braking, and MotoGP-derived anti-wheelie
I would expect to see the new 2021 Ducati Streetfighter V2 introduced at the 2020 EICMA.
