someone can tell me about him? worth buying for the passenger?
DUCATI PANIGALE PASSENGER COMFORT SEAT
Thanks

that passenger comfort seat must also come with wrist protection for the rider hahaha. cant imagine supporting someone from a panigale

It is far better than the OEM passenger seat. More padding, and better gripping material. Excellent quality. I bought one for my Tricolore so that my wife would stop sliding around so much when I applied the brakes. It helped considerably, but then she wanted her own Ducati. That cost far more than the damn seat did!!

my girlfriend not to complain that the seat is too hard and slide a lot. Or I buy a chair of these (if worth) or sell and change bikes ...

I took the rear pegs out and put the solo cowl on. Told her the bike is not designed for passenger. :)

I bought one solely for how it looks next to the rider comfort seat. The materials and stitching is top notch.

The black "pad" on the cowl is heinous looking. I need to find a custom shop that can cover the pad to match the comfort seat.

night and day difference if you plan on riding with a passenger. The comparisons are the same as riding the main seat with a comfort seat vs stock seat. You'll move around less and way more comfortable.

^^ +1, missus is much happier, not sure if that is a good thing or not, possibly should upholster a lump of 4"x2" and stick it there, I might get to ride it on my own a bit more.

NOTHING Comfortable about the passenger comfort seat, minus the 2.5" of height you get!! she still complains.... so.... put the cowl back on and good day babe!!!

I gave my 8 year old son a ride once. I almost had to pull over due to my arms shaking with exhaustion trying to hold him up after 30 min. I took my wife for a ride once, just to dinner and back. Went into the garage afterwards and removed the passenger pegs and put the cowl back on and the packed them away for re-sale.
It's doable, but its not fun. I would buy a Diavel if I wanted to give rides. The 1199 is a solo race bike in my mind.
Sorry that doesn't help, but this bike was never intended for that kind of weight or load. Mine got hot with just my son on the back for a few minutes. it needs to be run fast and that's just not safe with two up. Unless both parties are geared up, have the skill, and willing to take that risk.
I've seen a couple that run the tracks on the 1199. It's impressive, but for every day commuting...not so much.
The next time my son rides on my bike, he will be driving.

We just rode Stelvio Pass up down and sideways. Indeed it was a workout and a half. Sweat through my socks kind of workout in 15C° / snow on the ground weather. hahaaha
That is also the V4s' DBBQ setting locked at +11 when on the gas hard after 78 hairpins.
There is no understating what passenger skills can do for the possibility or impossibility of such a thing. I wouldn't dream discuss or consider a passenger who wasn't skilled at it and the right size.
I suck at passenger. I do pilot. She does passenger. But now there is the demand for the passenger comfort seat or there will be no peace.
