The thickness of the fairings was the same as OEM. I didnt use many of the pieces that came with the kit because I have Ilmberger carbon fiber. I didnt see a paint job I liked so I sent them a picture of a paint job I sort of liked. But had them make a few changes. They charged me $49 for a computer rendering. But me being me I sent them 3 paint jobs. So I was charged $147 for 3 computer renderings. Now if I want to order something else I have a choice of two. The holes on the fairings were perfectly aligned where they had to be mounted. The only issue was that I had to use their front fairing mount to mount the front fairing. Total cost shipped to me was $1380.00. No twisting or massaging to install. Now that being said their track fairings arent on par with their street fairings. You have to drill the holes out on the fairings. But they provide the marked areas where to drill. You need to stretch , twist and massage them in order to mount them so they fit well. Although the amount of work someone has to do to fit their track fairings is still 10x easier than what other companies make.

I know 3 people from a Ducati Facebook page that I am on who bought track fairings from this company called monster fairings. All 3 guys have nothing but good thing to say about their purchase. This company makes both track and street fairings. And come with all the parts needed. All the holes are pre drilled. Every piece fit like OEM . Here is a link directly to their Ducati 1299 section. There are 9 designs listed. But they will make any design you want. Just sent them something you like and Im sure they would make a computer rendering like motoxpricambi. Had I known about this company before buying my other fairing kit I would have went with them. When you click on any of the designs you will see a choice to make them track ready. That adds an extra $65.00. For some reason 7 out of 9 kits on this page dont show all the parts that actually come with the kit. But the one at the bottom and the one on the right in the 3rd row show everything that comes with these kits. Find out what they would charge to make a design you like. Not every part is painted of course. Many are vinyl wrap that are clear coated over. But what do you expect for this price. Ducati 959 1299 Fairings
