This is the Ducati part you have to order if you want reverse, or "race" shift pattern, 1-up/5-down. This enables you to be leaned over exiting a left hand turn and push down to grab the next gear instead of trying to get your toe under the lever which there may not be any ground clearance for.
I've also got some Rizoma RRC rearsets that was my foot control setup for my dearly departed 1199. Makes a great match. Will be putting those up next week when I'm back from a work trip.
