Hi Guys,
I recently pulled the trigger on a Level 2 mod exhaust from Phil and I wanted to do a quick review.

Sound - OMG, it sounds allot deeper, throatier and more aggressive, especially in lower gears. I feel that the sound matches the look of the bike. Allot more heads turn when I am riding around town, some expressions range from staring wondering what the hell is passing by to thumbs up wanting me to rev it more. And some that cover their ears believe it or not. lol.

Performance - I already had the Brentune stage 1 so the bike was running way better than stock. Brentune told me that this tune would work with the set up I got. The bike still feels like before but with a bit more grunt in mid to top. It still runs smoothly with no issues but you can definitely feel the difference in the mid to top powerband. I have not put in on the dyno yet but will be doing so in the near future.

Phil - My experience with Phil was nothing short of amazing! He was exceptional to work with. He responded to every question and email I sent and was more that patient with me as I had allot of questions. I was about to pull the trigger with an arrow slip on but it was Phil and his customer service that sold me and I am glad I went this route. I highly recommend that if you are in the market for a slip on or exhaust mod to reach out to Phil first as it will be worth your time.

I will be posting pics and sound videos soon.

One thing I forgot to mention. The bike now seems to not heat up as fast, like it takes longer to feel the heat. I noticed this today as i was riding and its about 90 degrees here in CA. i am sure it has to do with removal of cats but its worth mentioning.

Thanks for the write up! He's on the wish list of mods as I don't want to change out the stock exhaust but I'm all for modifying it.

how about during cold start? any different compare to stock?

Hello,

I was finally able to get bike dynoed with original shop that did first dyno runs. Attached is dyno run. All runs done on 91 octane pump gas.

- Green is stock
- Blue is stage 1 bren tune with stock exhaust
- Red is stage 1 bren tune with Phil level 2 mod

Overall I am happy with results and gains not to mention the $$ savings. The bike sounds great and feels allot stronger thru out the rpm range.

On a side note, last week this shop did a dyno run on a 2020 pani v4 with a full akra exhaust with akra map that did 208 to the wheels. We overlayed my run with that run and although it made almost 3 HP more than my bike, in the mid range my bike did almost 10 hp more as well as tq.

A big thanks to Phil, BHP Motorsports and the guys at Bren Tune for their help and answering all of my questions.

Well for Bren to charge a grand for his tune box, I’d rather go another route and be safe and still have a warranty.
