I have the TuneBoy (with cruise control) program on my Tricolore. I have the full Termi pipes, as well as the MWR airfilter with aux kit. I have recently been quoted a full dyno tune package including individually-tuned front and rear cylinders for both fuel and timing at 3% to 100% throttle settings. Also included was matching, cleaning, and flow testing the injectors (about $320). The price including the work on the injectors, and 40 gallons of fuel, was in excess of $4200, with the warning that it could run even more if unexpected work was required. Does this seem in line with what I am hearing done on this forum, or does it seem excessive? I realize there is a lot involved, so I just may not have a clue. Thanks once again for your valuable opinions and assistance.

I am use to awd mustang dynos that cost $150 an hour. A good tune in about 3 hours. Crazy tune in 5 hours. This is using stand alone engine management. Fine tuning for part throttle to be perfect takes time but even doubling to 10 hrs still leaves thousands to spare.

Cleaning injectors and flow testing about $25-50 each.

I dont know how they have convinced the riding community to pay what they do. $4200 is out of this world imo.

Doing the ign map is probably over kill unless it's a comp bike. After looking at the process I reckon there would be between 2x & 4x the time required to work up a good ign table.
Big saving right there. My injectors for an older Ducati were rebuilt cleaned and pattern test for about 40$ each. I can't see any need to be doing this on new injectors...
