Electric Hypermotard?

From the industry leader in unreliable and poorly engineered electrical systems comes an electric vehicle. That's like Oprah coming out with a sustainable weight loss system. Maybe figure out the basics of building a reliable electrical system in a gas engine vehicle then you can venture out. Great technology, wrong company.

Interesting concept. Eliminate the clutch, gearbox, oil pump, radiators, coolant pumps, etc. You could use the left lever for rear brake.

It would require a really well designed electronic speed controller to allow for precise throttle off deceleration, and the controlled weight transfer to the rear under acceleration without an extra traction control system interfering.

Complex, but cool.

Hey, they already have electric superbike racing, so I guess the technology is out there.

Hilarious reply LOL

Would interesting riding an electric bike for sure, max torque at ZERO RPM.
I've already seen what high end teslas do to "fast cars".
They're 4000 pounds and still holeshot everything..

Btw harleys electric bike looks cool but the price...

Need to put a dog whistle speaker on there or something. The ancillary benefit of a big twin is to scare the living daylights of any forest creatures before I arrive. I almost get crushed all the time by old ladies in Prius' in parking lots...damn ninjas, never hear them at all.

Theres a guy in our ride group who commutes with one of the Zero FX bikes.
Its a very surprising machine on how quick it is off the line. So quite thou!!

But if Ducati use Audi's tech knowledge then more than likely Bosch will make the motors which will be pretty good.
