Need someone to take an up close pic of their Vehicle Emission Control Information Label and send it to me please. I took mine off and need to make a new one. Thanks in advance

I moved to japan and they need to verify something on this sticker in order for me to register it here. I took the original one off on my bike and and got rid of it a while ago (cosmetic reasons). Never thought i would need the sticker

I was figuring it had something to do with registration. I removed mine but put them on a piece of cardboard.
 
So you needed to to have it cleared to customs so you could register it?
Would japan accept one in another language?
I'm trying to figure out the same thing. If the Euro version says it's good for EPA so I can buy one in Europe and bring to the US.
Anyone with any experience please let me know.
