Sorry if I missed this posted elsewhere. Have a little over 200 miles on my new V2 and have been experimenting with the Ride Modes, DTC DWC EBC, etc. As far as Engine Power Delivery, I now have it in Full Power Dynamic setting while running in Sport Mode. My question is, having it set on Engine Full Power Dynamic while in Sport Mode, is this a different power delivery than if I had it set for Full Power Dynamic in Track Mode? I've received mixed advice on this and just trying to learn my way around all the settings. Thanks for any help anyone can offer...resized 2.jpg

No difference. There is nothing different from race vs sport vs street expect for the settings each mode comes with. I’ve set up street with race settings because I like have 3 different configurations I can switch based on track and weather.
The more appropriate name for the configurations would be config 1, 2, and 3. The fact that they name them race street and sport causes confusion.
I have a v4 and I hate it on max/dynamic, runs much better on max/smooth

The only thing I'd add that if you are comparing engine modes between ride modes, make sure any traction control and wheelie controls are set the same.

Comparing fuel and ignition data from the different engine modes the difference is in the throttle mapping (APS to Throttle valve). Going to an aftermarket tuning platform allows you to play with this and optimize rider input/APS and it’s translation to throttle valve opening. In the stock configuration the APS simply opens the throttle valve more or less for a given throttle rotation depending on mode.

My point was that fuel and ignition with the throttle mapping isn't the only thing effecting in how the power is put down. DTC and DWC are in the mix as well and have an effect before they detect a loss of traction or a wheelie. So, if one were to attempt a comparison, all things would need to be equal.

Thanks for the input. I ended up with Full Power / Dynamic, DTC on 2, EBC on 2 DWC on 2. It finally seems peppier, and now I'm noticing some other small changes I'd like to make. For one, the rear brake is way too high and I adjusted as far as I could with the rod, but still too high...
