Please excuse the quick eulogy it i am endlessly impressed by this bike. Broke 10,0000km today during a 300km high speed country ride. Can't get enough of the visceral growl of the engine and the bark and howl of the exhaust. Really got a chance to check out the up-map, and I'm pretty sure it's going to be a revelation at the track if the road ride is anything to go by.
Rear hit a patch of diesel on a fast bend coming back into town and the traction control worked great (good job it wasn't the front). Fuelled up at the weirdest gas station I've seen in a long while, especially considering its in the middle of nowhere.
Also put the comfort seat back on after having the race seat for 5 months and didn't feel any different other than my arse wasn't hurting at all when I got off the bike. I think it looks better so will leave it on.
No kangaroos so today was a good day!
