First of all, I have replied to a couple threads on here without actually saying hello :) How's it going?

I've had my bike for a couple of weeks now and as much as I like the stock exhausts, they've got to go purely because of the sound.

I like loud pipes and the AR setup looks appealing but it also sounds TOO loud to me.

Do 1199 cans fit the 1299 or is it a completely different setup?

DUCATI PANIGALE EXHAUST SC-PROJECT - I really like that exhaust. It doesn't fit under the belly like the stock pipes do but it doesn't bother me, I like that GP look, allot.

Have emailed them twice now but not heard anything back, anyone on here had / got one?

I just don't like the Akro / Termi cans. Probably blasphemy to say that on here but in my opinion, I like a different sound which is louder.

AR or SC Project for that raw, ear-ripping sound. All other options are simply a bit too civilized I think for your taste.

Choices worth talking about are in no particular order

Akrapovic
Termignoni
The mod ,"Phl" does cored oem exhausts. Loudest and deepest I've heard so far. Like a pissed off bear.

Pm me dude.

Or burn money and feel awesome :D

Phl's "full loudify" coring of the stock pipes is what you're after. It's louder than Akro and Termi. Everytime that bike goes to the dyno, everyone in the Ducati showroom turns their head.

F Austin, or any other shortcut tube muffler exhaust. At least put a shield on the muffler that matches up with the stock look. That's just lazy.

Send em to Phl, he'll make your bike sound like 10,000 angry Tyrannosaurus Rex's. I love my exhaust, it sounds amazing, and didn't have to burn a whole lot of dough. Dyno charts prove HP increase and mid-range power. Phl was great to work with, on top of updates and taking care of you if you need anything in the future. You won't be disappointed.

SC Project have told me that the 1299 exhaust will be ready in a few weeks.

Problem with sending core exhausts off somewhere is not having a bike for weeks on end?

What's the weather like in January up where you live?

Weather is usually terrible in January, so I suppose it could be done then but I don't think it's what I'm looking for.

Out of all the exhausts I've seen, I like that SC Project one the most. I don't mind that it sticks out the side, I like exhausts like that.

Used to have a big bang R1 with quad slash TOCE cans poking out the back which I loved the look and sound of. If they were hidden away, I think it would take away from the sound / look of them.

That SC Project exhaust looks like pure crap. It looks cheap as .....

I bet they don't have more than about $75 invested in that can.

I got sc project for my 899, i doesnt look as good as it on 1199/1299, but well if sound is what you after, go for it mate. Try to call them first, they will reply your email after that.

Cheers!

That is the most ........ looking exhaust I've ever seen. It's not even close to fitting in the stock location. Is someones kid trying to pound the round peg into the triangle hole?

One of the hangers for my trucks exhaust rotted through, now it's exhaust sticks out and hangs down like an SC Project pipe. I just need a sticker and a flat bill hat.

Not even close to fitting in the stock location? I don't think they were aiming for that mate, they make exhausts for GP bikes mostly, I really like that look!
