Totally normal. I've had a 2022 V4S, 2023 V4S, and 2023 V4R. All have this visibile to some degree more or less in the same spot.

Use the same type of tape so it matches.
Look at the TESA 51036 which is used under the hood and good for 115C. They also make the 51608 which is used inside the car and is rated for 105C.
The German makers use this tape for wrapping their electrical harnesses. VAG/ Ducati?
Do some research on the net and you will find some comparison knowledge from an Australian company and some sound system installers.
Also, when you purchase, get it from a known electrical supplier. Some are having issues with Amazon stuff being counterfeit without correct standards and quality.
