FGRT203 = Ohlin Forks

Hello,

Just wanted to find out if anybody is finding it hard to get a set of Ohlin FGRT203 folks?

I ordered a set back in December last year and I am still waiting. The last work from the supplier is finally all parts have arrived in Sweden and ready for assembly. I am not holding my breathe but these folks seem to be a hot item to get my hands on.
 
i've seen them instock at some us distributors. if you're in Australia I can see how they can be hard to get ahold of.

why not just go with 899/959 forks and ohlins 30mil nix carts? you'll need to change triples anyways with the ohlins forks because i dont believe they offer a set of 57mm forks

I got mine within a week, and no you will not have to change your triples if you order fgrt203

If you get the fgrt 214 for the 899/959 to install on the 1199/1299 then you may have to change the triples.

Going cartridges vs complete fork is not he same at all

Yes there is a price difference however the cartridges will help however you will not get the same performance

Ohlins fgrt is lighter than the showa with replacement cartridges

The stanchions are greasier than the showa because of the special coating

The fgrt is stock suspension they are using on the 1299 superluggera

Try brad at motion sbk I'm sure he will get them very quickly

The 30mm FGK NIX internals are identical inside to the FGRT forks. The FGRT are road and track forks, and the Superleggera using them doesn't change anything.
These are the higher spec internals and are better than the FGRT forks
KIT CARTUCCIA FORCELLA OHLINS TTX 25MM DUCATI PANIGALE 1199 R / S 2012-2014

They are the closest you can get to the FGR race forks that cost in excess of 10k
 
I just mine from Motowheels as I figured Dan Kyle will start having issues..lol.

Just picked some up from Dan Kyle today, called them several times and they said they were out of stock but when I called yesterday they said that had one in stock. I talked to mike and he told me that their operations is not going to be effected what so ever.
