Went for my first blat with the Termi an Saturday, no baffles. What a great sound and I love the flames on the gear changes, EBC on 3.

Cheers

TB21 has gone Termi undertail exhuast now on his FE Race bike....gone is the akra system.

I have had mine for about a year, tracked it about 10 times since then. The differences:

1) the bike feels like it breaths better, meaning that it feels crisp and smooth. Also is sounds like is breaths well. I also have a RB race module on it for the self tuning.

2) back to the sound..it sounds different to any other Pani, with any other exhaust on the track, (better IMHO). Everyone comes up and says either yours is the only one that sounds distinctly different, or that they always wait to hear it don the straight. I know that it’s all subjective, but I’ll take that as a good sign.

3) heat on the engine is somewhat removed. It take more for the engine temp to get to that 105 Celsius. However, that comes a the cost of feeling the exhaust heat up your right thigh as that’s the route of the exhaust, only a problem riding slow, or sitting without leathers.

4) looks, (again subjective) unmatched. It looks much better than either of the akra setups in person. I haven’t downed the bike with this system on it, I suspect it will take more damage than the underbelly setup.

5) I got mine at near cost when the first came out from a distributor/ friend on the forum which made th choice a no brainer. It might be a LRCH heavier than the akra, (a pound or so maybe) but never was a factor for me in my decision..

Good luck.

I just installed my Redline Moto system, it fit well if you know what you're doing, and there was no heat difference for me. Bike ran cooler tho. And the mid range had a more meat to it. Overall I would suggest the system if you want an undertail exhaust. Here's a link to check it if you want https://www.redline-moto.com/

Could be a sponsorship thing rather than tuning, someone will ask him.

So today i spent a couple hours in the TB21 pit box in Darwin for the ASBK.
Asking about why the change from the Akra to the Termi.
One of his old Ducati team managers now runs Termi. He promised him that this "Rev B" termi exhaust will out perform the Akra. TB was saying that the Akra was by far the best exhaust hes ever had, but gave it a go.

Just exhaust and tune was 11hp gain. They also played with the cams some more to get another 8hp. So TB now has a new favourite now.

Any pictures? i'm debating getting the under tail system instead of the under belly.
