I new to the track thing, and just getting geared up for it. Do fork sliders have the same controversy around them as frame sliders?

What do you guys like for fork sliders? Have you crashed them?

Fork sliders have no controversy, they always work. Key factor on any race bike is how long it takes to unmount and remount a part in the pits.

Woodcraft quick release sliders are awesome they come off with no tools required. Crashed a bunch of them on different bikes over the years, and you can buy the delrin sliders separately.

Sato racing is a quality product though considerably more cumbursome to mount/unmount for quick tire and wheel changes.
