There are a few informative threads on this within the forum if you can get the "search" engine to work. It may be corrupted by all the spam though!
 
fyi, i have seen them installed at Hudson Valley Motorsports and they have some for sale ($$$$). they look positively awesome and fantastic -- bling bling! still, i'm not so sure your case would survive a decent wreck in them. i may get them, but only to avoid drops in the garage or on a parking lot bump.

Been hearing alot about this place up there. My buddy Sean who is Connecticut Cycle Refinishing has done alot of work for them there and I was wondering how nice the place is? You buy your bike form them man? I need to drop in on my next trip home to CT. So these sliders actually looked cool on the 1199? Wondering where the hell they screw into. :eek:
