Front brake lever travel

I have a 2018 V4. The question I have is that my front brake lever is very very soft to the point that when I use the brake I can pull the lever all the way in and it touches the grip / bars. Is this normal, i do have adjustable evotech levers installed but I've never had a bike where I can pull the lever in that far. Even when doing so the brakes are still crap. I've checked the pads and there is still plenty of wear, could it be that the brakes need bleeding.
The bike is still under warranty until next month, is this something that they would check for me under warranty. What would cause this.
Cheers for any replies

You can bleed them yourself very easily and see if that's it. There's a high bleeder on the right hand controls, takes a 11mm wrench. Just pull in the brake lever with one hand, crack the bleeder open, then shut the bleeder before releasing the lever. Make sure not to torque on it hard, bleeder nuts are notoriously soft and will easily strip. I've noticed with mine, if I go a while without riding it, the lever gets soft. Takes no more than 5 minutes to bleed it real quick and it's firm again. Just make sure to have a rag on the ready to wipe up the fluid that escapes so your paint doesn't get damaged.

Cheers MaverickiB for the reply, ive spoken to my Ducati dealer and ive got it booked in next week for them to have a look at it under warranty

My brakes are rock solid with a ton of feel at speed. You are doing the right thing getting it looked at.

Just thought I would give an update, all sorted, Ducati bleed both my front and rear brakes, it turned out that I didn't really have a front brake at all, while they were there they also bleed my clutch and rest my quickshiter and plugged the bike in to check for updates and found one for the injectors which they did, all under warranty. massive shout out to Ducati
