I have an irrational fear of the countershaft bolt coming loose. My first attempt at using safety wire...well it actually took about 10 tries to end up with something I was satisfied with. That bolt was a mother ...... to drill.

Any suggestions to improve my newbie safety wire job?

This doesn’t seem like a good idea

This looks pretty good, nice and tight, looped the correct way (assume it's a standard thread bolt). As @endodoc suggested, a predrilled bolt may have been easier. I use predrilled Ti on my KTM, will do the same on my Pani.

I tried to find a Ti one which was drilled but didn't come up with anything. I had a hole going and right as it started to come through the bit broke. The next hour or so was fighting a stuck broken drill bit.

The intermediate group where I'll likely be riding only asks the drain plug, oil cap and oil filter are wired. The oil plug was easy comparatively since its softer metal but there's no way to drill the OEM filter bolts, going to have to buy those drilled.

This attempt ended up a little tighter. There's no movement in the wire now.

If I have to drill my own bolts, I have access to a drill press. It takes a few spare drill bits, some drilling oil and a heap of patience. Interesting there's no drilled Ti bolt. Not the end of the world though.

Honestly, I don't know where to look for good Ti drilled fasteners. Every time I've tried I end up in a rabbit hole of farkles.

ETA: I just found probolt-usa.com which sorts by size and is easy to navigate, same for bst-bolt.com. I suspect its the same company.

I'd expect nothing less. :p Where did you get them?

That is a fancy safety wiring job sir.
I’m pretty sure the bolt is Probolt. I use Mettec almost exclusively but I’m pretty sure this is PB. It’s a crap safety wire job but it isn’t going anywhere. Also on the washer, if your going to use Ti and you torque to spec your going to dish the washer a tad (the difference between the shaft abs the sprocket) no big deal, it’s just not as stout as the stock steel washer.

B Topp, that is a work of art my friend

Pretty average. If it’s not being inspected, then as long as it’s somewhat functional, it’s fine. Skill sets are more refined as things get smaller and more difficult to manipulate.
