I received a reply saying that the item will only be shipped to Europe. Could someone purchase it on my behalf and send it to me (Japan)? I will pay the fee for the substitute purchase and the product price by PayPal.

As I've said from the beginning, I want m.motocorsa's product, or equivalent, and I've already checked the global cpc site before starting the thread.
 
I think what Andy was trying to say is that Motocorsa's product IS from Tom Parker/CPC. If you look at your image from Motocorsa's website, it clearly says CPC on the metal tab/latch:

It looks like it might be a cLCD230-04V connected to a cLCD100040V with a 1/4" 90 degree barbed fitting.
