Hi All,
I have this odd issue to sort next week so I can compete at th first race of the season on the 16th:
Engine stalled while accelerating out of a corner as if I had run out of fuel, which was confirmed not to be the case. Engine starts and runs fine with tank from my friend's 1199, but issue is back when we put his fuel pump in my tank.
What's there to check/repair/replace?
Thanks up front!

Thanks! Apparently it is a faulty fuel line quick release connector issue. Looking for a replacement now and I am hesitating between OEM plastic and the aftermarket metal versions.

Fuel tube inside tank broken

So it wasn't the quick release connector after all. Haven't seen something like this before. Wtf can cause such a fracture?!

Yes, wilkson, that was what you said in the first place...

Is that repairable or new tank is needed?

That is what I want to find out too! The tank is at my friend who is a mechanic and owns a 1199 himself. He is looking into options and I go meet him tomorrow. Definitely tricky if repairable at all.
