Includes mount rail, two mounts- one flat one smooth. Both need new double sided tape. Battery and battery cover and USB charge cord included.
About 3 years old still works, just don't need two cameras any longer.
$90 friends family. No memory card included. As you see the rail included only includes a rail to adjust camera front back angle- not side to side angle.
