Guys I changed out the rear gear from the stock 39T rear gear to a 41T. On my 1299SA. Do I need to recalibrate the bike for the TC and ABS?

No it will not make any difference. Question has been asked a few times.

I also went from 39 to 41. Nothing more for you to do just enjoy the ride.:)

PS you got a nice garage of bikes there.

You can reset it easily enough... Just go into the menu on the dash and hold down the button for Tire Set up.. take off and get it up to between 30 to 32 mph an hold it steady in second gear for a short time. The ECU automatically will reset it for the new parameters.
